The register is the only list we keep. It is not a marketing database — it is the order in which we call people when a residence is released, and the way we send the plates. Joining it commits you to nothing except hearing from us occasionally, in writing, when there is something worth saying.

Join the register
Leave your name and the residence types that interest you, T1 to T5. You will receive the plate set by post, the occasional written update, and nothing else.

Visit the model
The marketing suite at Wharf House holds the 1:200 model, the full sample board and the floor plates for every residence. Appointments are unhurried and taken one party at a time.

Reserve by number
Residences are reserved by number — 1.02, 4.03 — not by hurry. A £2,500 reservation fee holds your choice for twenty-eight days while your solicitor works.
